RecommendedI do not recommend this place. 3 weeks ago on a Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. I took my dog Molly in there because she was not doing well and was lethargic and carried her in there. When I got to the counter I was told that I should have made an appointment and that they close at 8:00. wouldn't take my worst enemy here. 5,000 later and 2 dead cats that they killed...so many surgeries that weren't even needed...the greed of this place, lack of care and compassion is astounding never again! I suggest beach buddies in Marmora. Matt is so caring and actually is in it for the care of the animals not the money! place is a disgrace
Horrible customer care. Lady on the phone was extremely rude when I asked questions. Horrible. She told me she is the manager which makes it worse.

I called to see if they would take my dog's bleeding ear, they said itll be a little wait but not too long so I drive the 40 minutes thinking it'll be a smooth walk-in. showed up at 12 am for my dog's bleeding ear. they said hold on, they are doing "life-saving surgery" on another dog. Have been to this place twice now and both times was suggested to euthanize my animals. Thank you for your not so helpful advice. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. If you do go here prepare yourself for a bunch of retards
I brought my 6 week old rescue kitten to them after he lost the ability to walk following a deworming. There was nothing wrong with him prior to that. My little guy was given x-rays and blood work, then subsequently administered a muscle relaxant to alleviate some twitching in his legs. Naturally, it sedated him, but I received a phone call from Dr. Reitmeyer telling me my little guy was "no longer aware of anything," and she was recommending he be euthanized. I was devastated. Worst experience ever! Agreed to $3000 for surgery with Dr. Justin (unsure of pat name) came to pick him up and was told to get him back I needed to pay another $1000 because the contract I signed before leaving estimated $3000-4000 told them that the dr told me $3000 which I paid the day I dropped him off was perfectly fine. Argued with them for my dog and told me I will be send to collections for the other $1000. FU guys!!! Will never get my business again!!!
Makes appointment just to sit in car for two hrs in parking lot before they see your dog. N happens multiple times

I am sorry you had a wait. You came in as a walk-in/emergency. We do our best to get to all the appointments in a timely manner but we see our scheduled appointments first and than walk in/emergency appointments. Just as in human medicine we take critical patients first and stable patients are seen.
