Used to be good when Dr Ira had it, corporate has turned this place into trash. Staff are quick to catch an attitude, and make it very difficult to get an appointment, even for established patients. Highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I took my 2 dogs for their annual checkup and bloodwork. It cost me 800.00. This is utterly ridiculous. I have never paid this much ever. I am a retired teacher and cannot afford this. Time to find another vet.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I am really bothered by something that happened during my visit. Hopefully saying something will prevent this from happening to another person. I have never been to this facility, my cat was acting ill and I brought him in at 5:30pm. After examination the veterinarian suggested my cat either be put down or brought to Linwood hospital. Robbery. Didn't even get my dog out of the car and they were asking about payment. Rude employees. $1200 for 1 night on glucose. Demanded money before treatment. My regular vet told me nothing they did was necessary. Run from this place

I recommend you go somewhere else. We brought our cat today. he is an inside/outside cat. We think he got into something (Chemical related) He almost died on the way there. Look I understand people need to make a living but to turn our cat away when he might not make it through the night because we couldn’t afford 250$ for just the blood work not even the treatment. I do not recommend this place. 3 weeks ago on a Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. I took my dog Molly in there because she was not doing well and was lethargic and carried her in there. When I got to the counter I was told that I should have made an appointment and that they close at 8:00. I explained to them that it was an emergency and their response was let me go check with the doctor. 2 minutes later I was told that there were four other dogs in front of her and they would not be able to look at her. they gave me the phone nu... read more

wouldn't take my worst enemy here. 5,000 later and 2 dead cats that they killed...so many surgeries that weren't even needed...the greed of this place, lack of care and compassion is astounding never again! I suggest beach buddies in Marmora. Matt is so caring and actually is in it for the care of the animals not the money! place is a disgrace

Horrible customer care. Lady on the phone was extremely rude when I asked questions. Horrible. She told me she is the manager which makes it worse.
