Not only was Dr. Salerno the worst vet I’ve ever encountered (beyond unqualified), the staff including office manager Mario are completely unprofessional and lack courtesy and respect. If I could give a 0 star review I would. The employees here are terrible!!! Also Dr Lisa is horrible so long story short my mom took our dog there to see if they could help her but instead caused us emotionally stress. So they gave the exam and told us she had Pyometra which is blood that can burst in the uterus like a ticking time bomb and charge us $500!!! Ocean View has no problem seeing my moms dog and charging $1400 for it and still sending her dog home SICK with severe diabetes. His levels are SO high and my mom calls and they tell her he is scared which makes him aggressive that they’re refusing to treat him. Basically telling her to let him die. AWFUL.
