I’m still in the midst of a case, but to me, the attorney his/herself is the most important aspect. I had a great conversation with my attorney Ron Bella the other day, and to be patient with someone like me, and explain how law/court works without making me feel bad/helpless is a blessing. I knew from the first phone call I made to him that his personality and knowledge would be a great fit for me! Thank God for attorneys!!

My overall experience was excellent, with only 1 issue. The paralegal misplaced 1 pc of paperwork twice, I had to send it a total of 3 times. They had to pay the 3rd time "out of pocket" & in the end it cost ME $150 over the fee. By rights, I shouldn't have had to pay it but I did sign papers stating any "out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed". That's the 1 and only issue I encountered.

Had an amazing experience with Robert Acciani. Explained every detail of my case to me made sure i was happy with my settlement.
