Research your lawyer received very poor representation
Right now? NOT happy at all. It's great to drive 100 miles to meet the new attorney (because he insists on it)... and he isn't even here!!! No call, text, email. NOTHING.
Wasted appeal without adding new medical evidence didn't even try to fight for my claim while I folders of medical went to them on a. Recommendation unfortunately I wouldn't.
these people told my wife not to work. now why would you tell someone this knowing they must have bills to pay. knowing that they are not going to pay anyones bills why would you do this. now when there client and the family is out on the street whats next? people don't trust them at all! No one should ever be told not to work because of a pending disability claim, for two reasons. First, a person almost always makes more by working than by getting Social Security Disability (SSD). I feel cheated by this firm. I trusted my attorney to do the best for me. it ended up that she cowered before the judge, agreed to all he said without conferring with me. When the findings came from the hearing, I pointed out a lot of inconsistencies to what was said, but her reply was that she did not see where the judge had done anything wrong.
