I have 2 properties in Austin, my residence where I live and a duplex, which I rent out. So O'Conner did my protests for 2 properties. They saved taxes on 1 property and my bill was $295 for only 1 property. So the taxes they saved me wasn't that much and I was billed $295. I think O'Conners prices are really hgh for the taxes I saved. I don't think O'Conner is really worth it now.

You didn’t protest my home .. and I was not informed until after the valuation…for 2023. Very disappointing.. the lack of communication.
