We know that we’re being ripped off when it comes to paying a minimum of $5000 for a 50 yrs old house and it’s not a fraction if we get to rent it out as a rental unit. But, when we’re rest assured that there’s someone like O’Conner guys who’ll fight tooth and nail to reduce that horrendous amount, it’s a huge blessing and peace of mind, specially when we don’t have to think about paying any extra for their services. They explained the whole protest process and how the also how their payment policy works before I agreed to anything. I was satisfied with their work and I would recommend them.
