We know that we’re being ripped off when it comes to paying a minimum of $5000 for a 50 yrs old house and it’s not a fraction if we get to rent it out as a rental unit. But, when we’re rest assured that there’s someone like O’Conner guys who’ll fight tooth and nail to reduce that horrendous amount, it’s a huge blessing and peace of mind, specially when we don’t have to think about paying any extra for their services.
