Highly recommend this company. They are flexible and take the time to discuss and treat the problem. Excellent customer service!
Customer service was great and the technician was very kind, helpful and professional
Long time customer. We appreciate the customer service and problem solving skills of O’Conner Peat Control!!!
I called the office about service for a rodent problem in the garage. A technician called shortly thereafter and was able to start treatment the same day. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Amazing service!! A****** is very nice and professional!!! On call if need be as well.
Very pleased with their service for termite inspection and fumigation. Did second fumigation at no charge under their warranty.
J*** is the best! Besides being courteous, kind and honest, he is very thorough and always calls the day before to make sure it’s okay to come. He’s always been willing to change the date if we have something going on. I haven’t seen a spider web for months. J*** is always willing to return if we do see that there are ants, spiders or anything he previously sprayed for. We are very happy with our service!
Excellent people to work with... Very professional. Provide a Very Good service. I have been using them for 10 years and I am delighted.
I tried to amend my review 8/22 as I was promptly called after this review. They took the non-service amount off my bill and a technician arrived in a few days to assist to provide this service. I appreciate this consideration and can see that O'Connor is trying to live up to their previous reputation.
