I called the office about service for a rodent problem in the garage. A technician called shortly thereafter and was able to start treatment the same day. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

J*** is the best! Besides being courteous, kind and honest, he is very thorough and always calls the day before to make sure it’s okay to come. He’s always been willing to change the date if we have something going on. I haven’t seen a spider web for months. J*** is always willing to return if we do see that there are ants, spiders or anything he previously sprayed for. We are very happy with our service!

I tried to amend my review 8/22 as I was promptly called after this review. They took the non-service amount off my bill and a technician arrived in a few days to assist to provide this service. I appreciate this consideration and can see that O'Connor is trying to live up to their previous reputation.
I have been extremely pleased with the customer service I have received from O’Connor Pest Control. We were having a flea issue inside the home, and the company sent a technician out within 24 hours for an initial visit. Our technician, Anthony, has returned three more times in the past month due to a flea/rat infestation in the abandoned residence next door. He continues to spray as often as needed to prevent the fleas from overwhelming us.
