Billing continues with no proof of service. Have called but no resolution. They used to have excellent service but they must have changed owners in the last year. They keep adding late fees without proving they did indeed service my house on the day I worked from home. As I have dogs and young children, the company agreed to call in advance of the service date and wait for me to give the ok to spray during the past 8 years of service with this company. We left this Pest Control company to go with another company and they threw a fit! We were "at will" customers, we had no contractual agreement with them, yet when we left they charged us a fee equal to our usual bi-monthly fee. We called 3 times requesting our money back. They kept insisting that we had a contract and had to pay a 30 day early leaving fee.
