We left this Pest Control company to go with another company and they threw a fit! We were "at will" customers, we had no contractual agreement with them, yet when we left they charged us a fee equal to our usual bi-monthly fee. We called 3 times requesting our money back. They kept insisting that we had a contract and had to pay a 30 day early leaving fee.
