RecommendedI'm a new client and I'm not convinced yet that they will be our pets' vet permanently. They did get good care BOTH time they were there. Vet that saw us is good, but the 2nd vet tech on 2nd visit was clearly inexperienced. I had to keep checking the progress of evaluation and bill estimate corrections. Asking questions. NEVER go to o Connor animal hospital. I don’t even know if the vet even knows what he is talking about. Gave me 5 minutes to decide on if I wanted him to give my cat an injection and if I asked questions I was told he doesn’t know and go to an ER. After the appt I was able to research the injection and it is no where near what my cat needed for an upper respiratory infection. THATS ALL MY CAT HAS. could even be the flu…. I have a big problem with this office. I am trying to get in touch with the owner. I can’t even get in touch with the office. Let’s just say no one is on the same page. I talked with one doctor about this problem, I think it’s worked out. But no it’s not. I spoke with two other people, thinking it’s sorted out but no it’s not. I have been going to this animal hospital for years, but not now. I will be taking my pets some where else.
