If I could give negative stars I would. Octane Buick is your classic sleazy car dealership, right of the gate the salesman James was really passive aggressive and made it a very awkward experience. He also made it very clear before I even test drove vehicle that they don't negotiate because "their prices are fair" Here's fair they are for you, so stupidly I traded in my 2018 4Runner through them and bought a used tundra, they were very firm on what they offered me for my car which was originally $30,000.
