Made an appointment to look at the vehicle but vehicle was already being sold to another customer in the date of appointment, no communication! took time out of my day to find out vehicle was already being sold !!

Straight forward buying experience but didnt like the warranty upsell at the end. The warranties are expensive and for me even to consider them they need to be in the bottom line before signing final paper work.

Did not fill the fuel tank. Left the dealership with 1/4 tank of fuel and a 1/4 tank of DEF. Truck detailing was horrible. No truck manufacturers manual. Sales person new nothing about the truck. Overall a nice truck and a poor dealership.
I talk to them they said the call me back that was 4 days ago I guess they tough I didn’t have any money to deal with them but that’s ok that’s plenty of dealerships to find my vehicle

Nobody seems to want to help me or Finance me so I don't know what's going on they were friendly for the most part but I never understood exactly what the problem was other than not being accepted by their Banks I think it's just the whole 100% of the situation

Dealers Sales staff was relentless with calls and emails. My only question for them was "If we made a Deal on the Vehicle would they deliver? Never did get a definite yes or no to the question. I asked them to just not call.

All went well except for two things. (1) Trade-in price was an insult. (2) High pressure for extended warranty was excessive. We love the truck! We bought it.
