Everyone is really kinda and the process is super quick. The manager even comes out on the floor and helps. Everyone is usually up beat and in a great mood ;)
TL;DR --- I *ENJOY* donating @ OPI --- Great staff, clean environment, and minimal wait times make donating an enjoyable experience for me. Competent phlebotomists with very clean sticks; leaves me wondering why so many bad sticks and infiltrations at other places.
Always fast, clean, and friendly! Everyone in there has a great sense of humor and a positive attitude! Need to work on getting referral bonuses, but never a wait to be screened
It has friendly staff that are efficient. I enjoy donating and visiting at the same time!
Nice and friendly staff clean plasma center get you in and out quick as possible.
Very friendly and quick staff! Always great promotions going on for giving life saving plasma! Love the staff.
I was just told that I was dirty and I needed to leave. I did not understand since I had showered prior. I had been a donor since 2009. thus humiliation has psychologically damaged me . I'm sincerely looking for emotional support today. I can't believe this has happened to me. I am so sad 😞
they are very good at there job
Decided to go here since their compensation was more. Basically start to finish was about 4 hours (was told about 2-2.5 hours). The center was severely understaffed, there was only one check in lane open and a dozen folks waiting to check in and 3 Phlebs. The RN had to take a mandatory break which added about 30 unnecessary minutes to my experience. Not sure if the extra $15 is worth the hassle and drive when CSL is down the street.
