You staff is shit. They gave my husband a staff infection and refused to help or cover medical expenses. Your technician pouted around his arm for over a minute to find a vein, the machine gave an air bubble warning and she brushed it off and now he is headed to emergency room in a pandemic because of your absolute incompetence. Nobody should donate here. And you should damn well cover the medical expense for a situation you created.

This is a great place to go to get blocked from donating for a month. Get unblocked then blocked again and after them playing games with me, telling me I can donate having me come all the way down there just to be told I’m still blocked. Deferred at blood pressure 2 hours into the first time donor process. The blood pressure and blood levels test should be earlier in the process as this is where most will be deferred.
