The facility is always clean. The staff is very friendly and personable. Management is always available to chat. I always enjoy coming in and seeing Jolynn at the front desk. She calls me by name and is always bright and cheery. All of the ladies in the back are friendly and attentive. They take the tiime to make the process a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend this location as the place to go donate.
