I want to know why I donated october14 an -6 an it said I donated in 1-21-2022 an I didn’t an I wanted more information about it an was blown off ssying it’s in the system it happened an I’m sure it did but by someone uding my information contact me
Came to donate for first time. I went through an hour and a half of questions and they sent me home because the guy doing the physical exams wouldn't do mine because I'm wearing a dress. It's ridiculous!!!
One pleasant employee happy to have a job, amongst the croud of employees complaining they just want to get out of there. The floor was cluttered with trash. The girl that did my stick rushed through the count down. Donor safety apparently is last priority. I was cleaned and poked before first count down was even finished then left for my arm to fall off on next countdown due to cuff pressure before she could press start. Wont recommend to anyone!
The people are nice but they never seem to have staff to handle the flow of donors. I’ve been here for an hour and 45 minutes and I’m not even in a bed getting ready. No regard for the donors time. Seems like the system is broken! 3-4 hours for a plasma donation is not acceptable. Hire some more phlebotomist. Grifols is like an hour in and out
Idk if it was a mistake gone bad or the MA had no idea what she was doing. Either way I’m in the position I am. Everyone thinking about donating, not all first experiences are like this mine just wasn’t very good. I left with my arm super swollen and couldn’t bend it straight. I was also very lightheaded and was told I could leave when the donation was complete. REGARDLESS how I felt or looked. This was the worst place I have ever been to to donate plasma! So much so myself and my sister walked out after 2.5 hours of waiting! We never did anything! The staff was beyond rude and seemed to have no idea of what they were doing! I would definitely tell ppl about Csl plasma in Baytown it’s only a few more miles Down the road I promise you will give a review about how much better and friendlier this place is! Again worst place I’ve ever been to headed to Csl now
