It's shameful watching these women work so cluelessly. One person is messing up every connection she does and then someone has to come behind her to fix her mistakes. There is no sense of urgency. The young lady in charge is more focused on having a good time rather than being attentive and focused. This is more like a plasma farming site rather than a professional place where you are able to feel like you're making a difference. Right now there is more than 10 people waiting because one person's.
Octapharma is great; the staff are polite and very professional, and they do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. I'd donated with them for a couple of years before moving to Atlanta; but I've been back home in Chicago for more than 2 years now, and as soon as I returned, I renewed my relationship with them. If you're considering becoming a donor, I highly recommend Octapharma.
Staff needs to be more organized and pay attention to who's actually next in line( new donors). Got skipped twice two people where put in front of me an then again once more. When I tried the staff member she wants to give attitude. Came out with a headache.
Came there twice. Information collected, waited 2 hours and was told they could not find my vein. No compensation for my time wasted. I will never visit this business again nor recommend anyone. Poor customer service and extremely ghetto staff. A bunch of women walking around in lab coats talking about the people donating and also speaking of how tired they are and ready to “get off work”. Absolutely trash staff and experience.
Do not waste your time. They will start paying you 30$ after your first 3 visits. They always have you waiting all day if your not one of their regulars. The staff is rude and moves very slowly expect to be there 3 -4 hours
