First of all, Chicago/Kedzie Center needs to hire management that has some sense of PROFESSIONALISM. ARIEL is not Management Material. The center also needs to replace Theresa with a person whom has people skills. She made a bad stick and blamed it on the donor..... My arm hasn't been right since.......
