The RN who did my physical examination was very respectful; he walked me through every question, and every step. Every time he had to physically touch me, he explained everything and waited for consent every time. Another review mentioned somebody’s scalp being touched, yes, they do. Very slow, consistently change information between their phone center and actual center information, will rip you off if given the chance. Will skip you 6 times, and if there is an emergency expect all your money gone even if you got to 99% before having to rush to a hospital. They do not communionformation, and half of them are overly rude.
Donated but didn’t get paid can’t get anyone on the phone because they’ve blocked all phone calls. They knew about the issue but didn’t give donors a warning before donating that they couldn’t issue payments and are not willing to compensate for the inconvenience. It’s very unprofessional the way they went about the situation. I usually have a pretty good experience donating here.
