I recommend donating here because hands down the staff is by far the most detail orientated and they care and it is proven in their actions day in and day out. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel welcome. I've been donating at octapharma since Dec 2018 and i should have been here sooner. Thank you Octapharma.

The staff is always friendly and polite. The phlebotomists are all professional and get you in and out quickly . I have had bad experiences at other centers and here they make sure I feel comfortable the entire visit they continue to check on you during your entire visit.
