I don't go to the octapharma on south Blvd because I just started back donate after 3 years and I go on may 6 and get sample of my blood taking and did my plasma and then went back 3 more times to donate but on the 4 time I couldn't answer my questions and come to find out my blood was switched with somebody else and test came back that I had hepatitis and that's a lie because my doctor tested me and I don't don't have hepatitis so they put me on the permanent deferred list and that is not right. Ended up in the emergency room after having a seizure as I was getting into my car after giving plasma. I called my mom to come get me from the CHARLOTTE MILTON ROAD OCTAPHARMA parking lot, because I was afraid to drive…..when my mom got there, she asked the donor advocates to help, thinking they would be helpful since they are medical assistants. Recently I talk to the director of actopharma of Duke st we had a gea t Ed discussion over the phone I explain to him tha after donatething today I took my bandage after 20 minutes & my arm was bleeding & it was browsed his respond was you read the questioner yes but when is caused by a lobotomy that doesn't do their job properly they don't want to take responsibility but when I kid around with the lobotomy right away I'm corrected & even treated not to donate just like it happen right now the director you of tha instit... read more

This is the worst place I've ever been to. It's located on South Blvd in Charlotte NC, you literally have to wait 1 hour and a half to get stuck. I've been hear before but stay away for the exact same reason, then I come back and it's the same, but worse. Please if you can, stay away from this place. Please, I mean please do
