This place is absolutely the slowest plasma center on the East coast. You'll stand in a 3 person line and it will still take 2 hours there's never more than one screener no matter how busy. The only good thing there is the employees. Management doesn't do a darn thing to help . Don't waste your time here

I have been coming to this plasma center for over 13 years now and I have always had a Great experience everytime.The employees are Great and the Supervisor Lacresha is very perfessional and she always in a Good mood.She is the only onr that can stick my difficult veins.She don't get frustrated with me she just takes her time and do it! She makes jokes about my begin to keep me from feeling bad.i love her and this particular center

I came in to donate and my process was not a straightforward one and it took me a while to become eligible and cut through the red tape involved in order for me to gain approval to donate. But thanks to Nurse Stephanie and the team at the Reagan Dr. location, my experience was not only handled professionally and effectively but also with care and support throughout. I have been donating plasma for two years and everytime that phlebotomist Lacresha sticks me I feel very comfortable and at ease because she's a true professional, she is always kind and she knows how to hit the veins properly. Lacresha will make a donors visit worth while. Continue the great work..
