Very slow...initially I left the one on south Blvd bcuz it's just exceedingly slow. So I transferred to the Reagon site and initially they were very efficient in and out. Then, after receiving disagreeable reviews, became passively aggressively & intentionally slow. Seemingly retaliatory due to negative reviews. But facts are facts. Employees are the slowest anywhere. They could care less how long you’ve been waiting around. After being checked in, I stood in line waiting to be taken to a bed for over an hour. Plenty of beds were wide open. Once on the bed, I laid there 45 minutes before somebody come to stick me. They had time to walk and talk with each other. go to the back and grab a snack and then stand around and talk to each other while everybody was waiting. They did however lie about amount of payment, where payment chart said donate 4x at 60.00 pee to move up to 65.00 per the manager(typical white guy) of octopharma on Reagan Dr. Misrepresented facts falsely claiming that I had to donate 8x in order to move up tiers. SMH
Effect plus the staff are cool and the ladies are definitely mad gorgeous 😍.

I don't go to the octapharma on south Blvd because I just started back donate after 3 years and I go on may 6 and get sample of my blood taking and did my plasma and then went back 3 more times to donate but on the 4 time I couldn't answer my questions and come to find out my blood was switched with somebody else and test came back that I had hepatitis and that's a lie because my doctor tested me and I don't don't have hepatitis so they put me on the permanent deferred list and that is not right.
