This is the most professionally run plasma donation center I’ve ever visited. The staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful, however it seems they’re short staffed most of the time. In my experience, it often takes 15-25 mins to get through the screening line then another 10-15 mins to get set up & stuck. Still, it’s apparent that the staff care about their donors & even when they seem short staffed or busy, they always make a point to acknowledge you & get to you as fast as they can.
