I was a return donor to the Chapman Hwy clinic on New Years Day. My machine quit working after the first cycle, the tech came over and hit it with the handle of her scissors several times then adjusted my needle. It still wasn’t working and after 5-10 minutes of nothing happening she came back over and did something else to the machine and adjusted my needle again. It started working that time. This place is very unprofessional and uneducated
Not a great place, and they just lowered their donor amounts csl and adma are definitely better. Long waits here, just not worth the time effort or hassle. Even new donors get shafted here. Need to hire more people. Always a long line, also has anyone ever gotten anything with their rewards program. Adma just gave me an extra $100 apprently it was my 20th visit this year. I didn't know that, lol.
