This plasma location it very friendly
my husband went to donate on Monday. they used his right arm. then he went back on Wednesday. they couldn't use his right arm because it was bruised from Monday. So they decided to use his left arm. they went right through the vein. this morning he went to the e.r. because got infection on his right arm.
Recommendedis there any way to actually get in contact with the offices by phone? all the phone numbers listed online are disconnected
hire more staff takes too long to get called to donation bed. i will not be returning after my six donation this place is the worst
This location has to be the worse before actually getting to the donation process! I came from a CSL location with the hopes of a better experience. This octapharma location is horrible, lines to get screened are always long, past all the kiosk long! There is always only 1 screener, some times we get lucky and get a second screener then the other disappears leaving only 1 screener AGAIN. Today was the last straw, I waited in line to be screened for about 45 minutes, I was next to be screened but I ended up waiting for 15 mi... read more
Idk this might change but its already my second week and I told kevin i never got any raffle tickets so now im being called a lair. This is not my fault they did not give them to me its on you luckly someone fixed it for me. Im not sure if it was real, might have thrown the other two i got away so i already now dont trust tbem. Like i have to lie they made a big deal over it but you know im feeling like 1 star just trying to be fair and i waited in line for a hour standing up and their are only 4 donars in front of me.
They have no idea what they are doing. Decided to come here cause it's closer to my house. First time I went through everything it went pretty smooth until it came to fingerprints evidentially the tech didn't do it correctly and tried three different fingers worked it back not front had to leave already there two hours.
