I just came to donate and I drove 2.5 hours to make it here on time and I was deferred by an employee just because I complained about them skipping other donors when I have an express pass. then he said I couldn't donate for something that has nothing to do with my results and they are making things up. I only went twice. The first time was great and the 2nd they infiltrated my vein on both arms. I left feeling scared and bruised. It was a horrible experience. Not only did they mess one arm up they did it twice. Then they left me there hooked up to the machine for a long time because no one knew what to do. My arm was swollen and painful the whole time. I was shaking and all they did was put 2 ice packs by my head and proceeded to leave me there wondering what was going on. That day I wasn't the only one who was done wrong ... read more
I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO star if I could… don’t come here… Been here about 5 times but only donated 4 times. I have had issues with some of the employees who believe they are better than others. I was banned for two months today due to TWO supervisors (Arethia and Pedro) who thought they were able to stick my vein. They ruined my vein and my arm is now bruised. Please be very careful on who sticks the needle in your arm. They will not pay you out if incidents happens like this. They simply just say “sorry” and ban you. The m... read more

Bad bad experience not happy customer . 1 percent of the staff was professional . The one who poke me first didn’t get it right the first time because she was too busy clowning around with other patients and co workers . I felt there I was in jail . No professionalism was provided . Our time is wasted here I came here to do donate plasma . I went through all the process and then after they needed to check my temperature it came out in false temperature 99.8 the lady was talking to me I bite the thermometer they said they can’t recheck they won’t go for the second check . This is stupid . So I agree I won’t be donating today for the sake to check the temperature again we did it again it went to 98.6 oral . What you guys are running is stupid .
