RecommendedThe process is OK, it's for a worthy cause and a way to make extra funds. My issue is the the octapharma app not working for those of 66 and older. Something to do with a new law that went into effect in July. We have to use a kiosk and there's only 1 every working. it slows the process of donation emmensely. No one can shed any light on when this issue will be corrected including the center director. unsatisfactory situation.

I just donated plasma for the first time ever and I am glad I did it here. The staff is friendly and professional. I was in and out faster than I expected to be plus you receive the money on the debit card immediately. I will definitely be returning this week.

they are very helpful, 99.99%of the staff are kind. it's a clean facility. this is a great way to help others and put some coin in your pocket. easiest $700.00 you can make. and it's a learning process
