The office has a caring and fun staff, quick and easy process
LOVE THE GOOD PEOPLE AT OCTAPHARMA.
I was denied being a donor at the 1to1 health screening. This was after an hour at location reading documents, watching video, drawing blood and answering health screen questions. I feel more are denied at health screening part than what I did in first hour. Start with that portion of process or give ability to answer health screen questions online, be reviewed and determination sent to email or given during a phone call.
I had been coming to this place for months, no problems. I always take a bit longer, not a problem before. Today I came in about 20 minutes before they closed and asked if it was okay, and they said it was fine. The person who set me up and most of the staff are great. Unfortunately, she left before I was done. Tonight I get this haggy skinny white bitch that reeked of cigarettes giving me shit. Comes up behind me and whispers in my ears you need to pump. I am. The second time it just says you’re not pumping when we tell you... read more
I have had to leave the center 2 or 3 times due to long wait times after going through the check in. I try to get there long before having to get to work but still sit there 2 hours to donate. Would be nice if a manager could come out and help their employees. very frustrating when I have to leave after being there an hour. I will most likely change locations or centers.
So I figured it would be a nice thing to donate plasma in order to help people. Plus there’s a financial incentive to donate. Hey, who can’t use a few extra bucks these days. But the fucked up my arm so badly that I can’t donate until all the horrible bruising goes away! So not only did the fuck up my arm to the point that it actually aches, I can’t workout, even bike riding aggravates it. Now I can’t do anything, not even donate. I spoke with the mgr. and quite frankly I said that not only can I not donate due to ... read more
So used to come here twice a week, took a break from august - November and just went back for the firsts time… I stood in line for about 6 mins before I decided it’s not worth it. Why is nobody working??? It’s 11:30 almost and there’s a line of 5+ people to be checked in and only one person checking people in. This is supposed to be a fast process , not me standing in line to stand in another line to wait to donate. It literally takes about 3 mins per person for a intake or less 3x5 = 15 mins at least just waiting in line ... read more
My husband has been going to this place for a few months now… all of a sudden he was donating and talking with some friends he had made while donating …everything seemed fine… then the next time he went there they refused to let him donate because they said he was threatening the staff , this is absurd and ridiculous!! My husband is a good man and all he was doing was making extra money to help take care of our daughter. Mel, Gabby and Brandon are all racist douche bags and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyo... read more
