BEWARE Worst place ever my wife just got done donating early this morning and she still hasn't gotten paid. They don't know how to stick people. vital line is always long and one person is only working at the front if there are 2 people working they would B/S around then one of them will leave and go do something else. i got deferred for there fault and that's not right. worst plce to donate turn around go somewhere else fast

my wife donors there and today she went to donate and they refuse to pay her cause there system is down and this is a ongoing problem i wont recommend them stay clear from them. i had a incident there as well they deferred me cause of they cant stick right which it wasn't my fault n they deferred me for there screw up and also the lines are always long so the waiting on vitals will take forever and they usually have one person doing the vitals sometimes two but the b/s around and sometimes do 1 to 3 people at a time and then... read more

I thought octapharma in oklahoma city on sw 59th and may was a great place until I went back today. I got there at 10am and didn't leave to 330pm. Their line was wrapped around to the bathroom but only had one person taking vitals which is not right. They had 4 or 5 people on the floor with a fee people in each bay, which alot of us didn't understand why nobody came to help the person who was doing Vitals which she did great by the way but you can tell she was stressed which is unexceptional when you have 2 managers just sit... read more

The white male phlebotomist named Nick I believe, is a very disrespectful employee. He goes around mumbling fucking bitch under his mouth like he is scared or has a mental problem. Unable to keep some professionalism as I would expect in a donating center is making OctaPharma look bad and lose donors
