I went to Octapharma on Broadway the lady with the nappy wig and hazel eye contacts got upset because I asked Kirk to do my needle stick mainly because she messed up so bad when I let her stick me on another occasion I had a no flow towards the end and Kirk was on break she walked past several times never checked on me she hooked 3 people up to the machine while I was in no flow when I asked for a Gatorade she refused my request. Be prepared to wait for hours. Always loooong lines. At this very moment, and like always, only two techs doing vitals while there's 20 people in line waiting to donate. Also, there's a couple of techs with attitudes that are usually here as well. CSL is so much faster and professional..Â
Horrible place to donate, they never give you an straight answer. Staff here over the phone, rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Horrible place to donate standing in line for over an hour at a time, stop there, ghetto. An unprofessionalÂ
