This facility is the worst that I’ve ever been to. The staff is unprofessional and careless. The employees need to be trained more on sticking donors. Currently pursuing a lawsuit. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there!
Super fast and friendly staff
Best place I know to donate and super friendly staff
Slowest place ever. I have donated at other octapharma centers in the US and this one takes forever. An hour to get screened. Another hour to get sat, and then almost an hour to start donation. Only 2 people ever on the floor, one connecting and one disconnecting. Worst service, staff doesn't want to be friendly and always seem like they are unconvinced that you are there.
Clean nice friendly staff not to bad of a wait and the most paid out highly recommend
I really like donating here. However my last experience was not the greatest. This is because one of the techs who does vitals was not pleasant. Surprisingly, I was the only one in line, trying to answer the pre-questions and my phone was operating slowly, but when it did catch up with my inputs, the Octapass App would not allow me to sign in so I went to the slow Kiosk to give it a try. This has become an experience that I dread because lately it has been a horribly long wait. There is one "sticker" and multiple trainees standing around. It's taking twice as long because instead of the experienced one sticking, she is standing around watching trainees and chatting. I'm very disappointed. I really liked this place when they picked up the pace but lately it seems that everyone is more interested in socializing than getting the job done.
