Apparently my veins are small so the techs on one particular day I had three adjustments and a re-stick. I was told that I should wait two weeks to come back in for the scar tissue to heal since the vein in my left arm is too small. I talked to Terrence who took me off the deferred listing. However I went in three times and first my iron was low, then my temperature was 99. If you took me off the deferral listing why are they giving me all the BS that I can’t donate for the day and to come back tomorrow?! I’m going to lose... read more
it's always something negative at this location. I see why now some donors busted out 6 windows at this location. I get there this morning at 4:30am and wait in parking lot with my teenage son. waiting on them to open at 6am like scheduled so I can hurry and donate and take him to school since my child goes to school in Redford and wouldn't you know staff came out and said they having a DTE utility issues. well what issues because the lights are on in the building and all. now saying they "Might" open at 12. how I see it is ... read more
very slow every time I have been here it's taken 4+ hours. the staff is more worried about socializing and joking around instead of doing their job, the area is not a good area they constantly have fights and arguments occur in their lobby
