I’m came to the Redford location on 9/16/25 and since I haven’t been there in 6 months I had to register again. I got there at 2:30, didn’t get on the videos to watch until an hour later, after watching the videos and seeing the nurse to finish setting me up I was told to go on my app fill out the questionnaire screenshot the QR code blow it up and scan it on the first tablet, then wait in line to be screen after that, come and wait to be called for my physical. Unprofessional staff. Long wait times, not worth the hassle. I quit going after they blamed their missing the vein and the machine alarm continously sounding was because I didn't drink enough. I had over a liter since ding yard work earlier that day before arrival. They rarely change their gloves either despite touching multiple patients and machines. It's disgusting to watch. I quit after the incompetence of the x3 staff who missed the vein and manager who didn't know what he's talking about. Avoid these clowns
The doctors needs to go bk to school. Wanted me to go to a doctor to check my heart Beat checked. Say I can't go to a e.r. I have to go make appointment to see a doctor. The next doctor check me say she don't kno what he talking about. But he made the call to a doctor so they want you come see them. So I can't donate. So now here I am about to pay 150 to see a doctor. To donate and only get 75 dollars.
I came here as a first time donar. i called and pre scheduled my appointment for 2:30pm i showed up early then was waiting for 20 minutes before i even spoke to someone then i have to watch these videos for 10 minutes then there more waiting for about another hour 1/2 then i had to sign some papers and about 1/2 hour later my name got called so im finally am getting my plasma drawn and it wasn’t working. they ended up poking me 4 times and re adjusting the needle while it was inside of me. they ended up not being able to dra... read more
Mimi is the best. Everyone on the staff has been kind and respectful. Takes long when busy and you have to really listen for your name because you might get called from across the room. There's room for improvement but overall good staff
