Don’t follow all the rules. I came in on a new donor pass for”bday” and never got . No pass after 5 but clearly every week I’ve seen employees pass them out till 6:30 . Get to the back 50 min wait plus 2 other donors were push and came way after.just don’t question any thing because you will get a snappy comeback!!!!wow.and of course I was the last to be stuck at about 8pm.😞😞😞🤔🤔😨😲

I've been nothing but patient and respectful to the octapharma center in Indianapolis on Lafayette Rd. Seems like they have no inner company communication with each other. Waiting on the Doctor, bring this form back, can't ever reach the center. Want you to just keep coming down to the center to still have no progress, No corporate number to call, there's only one number to and they can't even reach this center. Plasma center in Indianapolis need to be looked into. Assistant manager power trip. They're never wrong or make any mistakes, they definitely give you the runaround when trying to get back in to donate after medically blocked. They seem to care less about the patrons and what's going on with them. Please don't state facts and it's against them, automatically deferred. Can't get hold of no one from corporate.
