The manager Erica is an absolute joke. She spends her time gossiping with her friends and getting smart with the donors instead of actually doing her job.

This place was a total waste of time for me and super unprofessional. I came in on Monday to sign up as a new donor. They took all my info then said I had tried to donate in 2017 and was flagged for being on lithium. I didn't even remember going in but was only prescribed lithium for a short time and had not been on it since. The employee gave me a form that needs to be filled out and signed by my Pcp. I took it straight to my Dr office and he just had walked in the door. He signed it and said should not have to fill out pre... read more

Some of the staff are very childish and more worried about talking to each other than about doing their jobs
