The manager Erica is an absolute joke. She spends her time gossiping with her friends and getting smart with the donors instead of actually doing her job.

Great crew and service
This place was a total waste of time for me and super unprofessional. I came in on Monday to sign up as a new donor. They took all my info then said I had tried to donate in 2017 and was flagged for being on lithium. I didn't even remember going in but was only prescribed lithium for a short time and had not been on it since. The employee gave me a form that needs to be filled out and signed by my Pcp.
