The employee are great they are very nice. the center needs better management because no one is on the floor to make sure the flow goes better. To sat and wait for 3 hours to is little ridiculous for the amount that corporate has decided to give. they have went down twice within a year. If they going down on the amount they are paying then you should not have wait 2 to 3 hours to donate.
