The staff are great and I love donating to help other people
I have been donating my plasma at this facility for a while and contrary to the things that I have read in reviews ..I must say that this is the best facility that I have been to the facility is clean the manager is great and .the staff is great and the staff works very hard and efficiently to get people in and out of the facility safe and as soon as possible..
Natalie at 389 is very unprofessional how he treated me when I came in there when I came in to donate question me about express pass. I had for a year or two then she demanded to see my phone for points then she goes. Tell the supervisor I had a whole stack of express passes. Then when I’m finally on the floor donating, she talks about how she goes to all these swingers parties and still donates her and her husband, Brian.!!
I'm a donor at Lynchburg VA,an I have to say the service and wait times has gotten awful 😞 and open up yes as well last sat they open a hour late and this sat they only had 2 workers in back and.about 25 people waiting 3 to 4 hour wait times,this place has gotten bad I would give it a -10
