90% of the staff are friendly and helpful. The donation process typically goes by without any issues. The compensation is most certainly worth it.

they are friendly, it is clean and they take their time making sure do stuff right but yet at the same time they are quick and it makes it better them having the tvs and can be on phone but diffently going back

This was an unbelievably good experience. Two employees stood out first was Sage who had a smile the entire time and a pleasant disposition even while they were busy. The other was Sandy who is one of the best customer service representatives in any industry I’ve encountered
