RecommendedLove donating here. The whole staff is so welcoming and kind. Very clean environment. The second I walked in I was greeted and pointed in the right direction. Love how extra cautious they are when it comes to making sure donors are healthy enough to donate. Definitely will be donating here every month!

very discriminatory towards me, very hateful towards me, verbally abusive, psychology abusive, they have this horrible attitudes towards me. they gaslight me and more. they deferred me because I stood up and spoke out about how they are. of course they made it seem I was the problem. 7 months I've dealt with that mess. RecommendedI'm sick and tired of waiting in line for 25-40+ minutes because you only have one of your eight booths open, only to get deferred because I'm suddenly out of your weight range, which is not posted anywhere. I understand you have to weigh a certain amount to donate in the first place, a minimum makes sense, but a limit? Do you want my life saving plasma or not? Not to mention the ever decreasing donation payments. When I started donating, the top tier payments were $75 a donation. Now with decrease after decrease it's $60. ... read more

They need to have a better system for getting new donors in. They forget about the ones that are standing in line. It is ridiculous to stand in line to get screened for over 45 minutes. Some people are very nice, while others are just plan hateful!!

before Saturday last Saturday just passed you I would recommend anybody to go there but not now I go and donate then they told me it was a computer so they couldn't pay me they're waiting on it to contact them back
I spent two hours going through all the bs just to be told I cannot donate because of my medications when I was honest from the start and “they” told me it’s okay! So don’t be honest with them if your on prescription pain meds (opioids) I’ve done the research… pain meds has nothing to do with plasma and will not effect your plasma! They lost 15 customers in one day because of their Incompetence! Do not donate at Octapharma!
