completely blinded me tryna see if my eyes dilate which they said 1 did and not the other and had a huge computer screen on pointed directly at me bright af and failed me ..I felt more like I was tried cause of my appearance and race.. the phlebotomist acted like he couldn't find my veins I don't think they know what they know particularly what they doin and you save lives and they only wanna give u $700.00 when you switch to them this company is completely using you and don't have the knollege to even do the eye exam

Waiting over an hour and there’s no one on the floor that can stick. They are significantly understaffed. Plan to be here at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours for a regular donation

Wait time is too long regardless of day and time. staff moves as of their dieing or already dead and is more concerned with chatting away with each other and announcing over and over out loud how they cannot wait to be off! Piss poor staff!
