I have been donating at the hazelwood location for 3 years, the center is clean and the staff are very friendly and professional, I get in and out in about 1 and a half hours. Of the three different plazma companies octapharma is the best.

I think the ladies are really nice, it can be a little overwhelming in the building, with so many people being there, but nonetheless they get the job done !
