I visited the Octapharma on Gravios today. Man I'm so glad that the center opened up on time. 7"00. The staff was great so early in the morning. Ms. Dawn is very professional and swift with her procedures..the front staff an very professional. I recommend for new donors to come try this center
I stand outside from 5:30am untill the doors open at 7:00am..as I do so, I've noticed how on time the staff begins arriving with warm smiles an hellos on cold mornings..especially Ms. DAWN the floor manager..she's so professional an a people person as is other staff members. Thanks opening this center which so convenient since it's so close to my house..Ms .Dawn gets donors in n out asap..

I've been coming here for a while now but my last visit I had a 52 day deferral because I could not get my blood back I was still within my new donor. They told me when I come back I would still get my new donor pay of $100 well I came back last night and donated for the first time and I received only $25 when I asked him about it they said there's no money for management here at the time because they were getting ready to close to take care of it so they told me to come back the next day I show up and they tell me that mana... read more
I went in and the flow stopped because the filter they said. Told me I had eaten too fatty food. Which is not the case. Because two different phlebotomist was trying to get the hose unkinked and never did. They paid me. I went back a second time. The phlebotomist stuck the needle all the way into the muscle and once it got fixed the flow would work. I donated many times at a different company with no issues.
