Finger print scanners have problems. I went somewhere else and had no problem.
They have lots of people that tell you the wrong thing and there app needs lots of work they treat people horrible and rarely fix there mistakes and abuse there power of authority.
I am tired of the trend I’m noticing at the Florence Octapharma Plasma Center. I have personally experienced bad attitudes, swearing, and favoritism toward particular donors. The only phlebotomist who is consistently pleasant and professional is Netta. Certain phlebotomists have consistently bad attitudes, are rude, and too chummy with particular donors, while being noticeably rude to particular other donors.
