The best place in Bakersfield the staff is always in a good mood very chearful some times donation is a Lil longer but that's ok #1 phlebotomist is definitely Julio

The express ain't worth it or time they still call the people sitting yea a Lil longer then you but don't matter you use it for reasons not be late for work or need food in the house emergancy I'm saying I do like this place better then the other place it's just the express is a joke wont ever do it again.

This place needs to reevaluate there line waiting time is ridiculous. Almost 2 hours waiting in line and the amount of money they give us compared to the amount they make off our plasma is not ok.
Manager is very rude for no reason. The team had me wait a whole 3 hours just to tell me i can’t donate today because my older centers machine broke & they didn’t give me anything for it. So i chose to switch over to here. Seems like it wasn’t a good idea after all. The traniee & girl with glasses are the only helpful people who are actually nice people that actually explain things & actually give you your attention needed as a customer.
