On my 3rd donation & 2 1/2hrs later, 2 staff and eventually the manager had to restick my arm because it was done incorrectly the first time. I had major bruising 4x4inches. I referred a coworker anyway and they would not honor the $75 referral bonus because he was scanning afterwards- with me standing right there. No one ever explained the referral process. I won’t return or refer as a result of feeling like I came off the streets. I’m a teacher.
