Manager is very rude for no reason. The team had me wait a whole 3 hours just to tell me i can’t donate today because my older centers machine broke & they didn’t give me anything for it. So i chose to switch over to here. Seems like it wasn’t a good idea after all. The traniee & girl with glasses are the only helpful people who are actually nice people that actually explain things & actually give you your attention needed as a customer. On my 3rd donation & 2 1/2hrs later, 2 staff and eventually the manager had to restick my arm because it was done incorrectly the first time. I had major bruising 4x4inches. I referred a coworker anyway and they would not honor the $75 referral bonus because he was scanning afterwards- with me standing right there. No one ever explained the referral process. I won’t return or refer as a result of feeling like I came off the streets. I’m a teacher.
