I think Octapharma is a great place to work in also a great place to show cause for our help in donating,I just don't agree fully on the pay rate is kind of low in payouts we receive. Can you please consider my judgement. Thank You

This place is the cleanest plasma bank I've ever been ,the employees are very honest and smiling I'm very comfortable while donating plasma they have TV's that makes the comfort even better soon yea this is the best plasma center

I would recommend not going to Octapharma due to the inexperienced and apathetic staff. They are not competent and will fail to insert the needle correctly causing errors and possibly worse to your arms as I experienced. There is no oversight it appears as to who regulates this industry but it seems that anyone with a pulse can try to stick you, injure or hurt you and there is no recourse for their incompetence. People are nice, place clean, but the wait line is ridiculous. Last time I came I was 55 minutes in line. Just one person screening, no place to sit while you wait. Today is my 3rd Time here and I’m num 15 in line. I changed where I was going to because this is 4 minutes away from home. Definitely, I’m going to finish my 1st month and I am going back to KED. Very disappointed.
I spent a year saving my points to earn a express pass to have to come in and be told I have to wait 5 people jumped me with a vilad and up to date year pass unexceptionable Im so disappointed
Went to donate today. Ended up leaving because there was only one person up front. I'm trying to figure out what Jamie does. She just walks around a lot doing nothing. It's ridiculous
This place is getting out of sorts. I came in at 1:00 p.m. Tim a octapharma plasma worker was up front doing a great job, got my stats done, went to the back at 1:06 p.m. Sam and Ariel was in the back, moving slowly. I was the only person in the back waiting and it took them 25 minutes to call me to donate. There were several empty chairs and machines hooked up by the guy who works in the freezer. It has gotten extremely slow.
