This place is the cleanest plasma bank I've ever been ,the employees are very honest and smiling I'm very comfortable while donating plasma they have TV's that makes the comfort even better soon yea this is the best plasma center

Very welcoming and great staff all around. Kayla is nice she did a great job as always ! Destiny also did a wonderful job greeting me and screening me ! I appreciate the wonderful staff !! Good job ladies.

This place is getting out of sorts. I came in at 1:00 p.m. Tim a octapharma plasma worker was up front doing a great job, got my stats done, went to the back at 1:06 p.m. Sam and Ariel was in the back, moving slowly. I was the only person in the back waiting and it took them 25 minutes to call me to donate. There were several empty chairs and machines hooked up by the guy who works in the freezer. It has gotten extremely slow.
