Love coming here for plasma donation. Ms. Sonya does a great at getting me through my screening in a timely manner.
5 stars for Ms. Sonya but 2 for all the hiccups on this visit. Let’s start with the good. Ms. Sonya got me screened and headed to the back in about 5 mins. Which was record time! Some areas of improvement… communication, wait time, staff usefulness, malfunctioning equipment. My appointment was at 8 and I arrived at 5 mins til but I didn’t make it to the back until 8:30. All 3 questionnaire kiosk were down which didn’t affect me because I have the app however for the not so tech savvy donors this may cause an issue. There was... read more
