CAN'T TOLERATE THE EXTREMELY LONG WAIT! FOLKS IT IS 10X WORSE THAN YOUR FLIGHT BEING DELAYED! Staff are friendly to very friendly so no problem there. Not homeless, but the crowd inside leans towards your trailer park and jail bird types. One guy was singing horribly to himself while in the process of donating. Another guy yelling back and forth to his " HOMIE" on the other side of the room. I went to OCTO because of all the bad reviews about CPL. Turns out both places have the same problem.
