Been donating for 31 years, but I have taken a few years off. Since returning to donating, l have found the best place to donate is Octapharma Plasma. Staff is friendly and quick to welcome you. Although the rates have not kept up, they are much better than I expected.

Great staff
Great staff, but severely understaffed ! There are way too many people to service than there is staff members. It takes 2.5 hours on average to donate. These issues need to ne addressed and bew people need to be hired. 40 chairs in the back and battery 5 people to get to all 40!
