This was my first time donating plasma with octapharma. I truly enjoyed my first experience here. The staff here are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable with donating the first time. They explain everything quite well so that you feel like something happens they are right there to help you right away. I would highly recommend octapharma to anyone wanting to donate blood or plasma. The space is very clean and they use everything fresh out of the packets.
